Communication Report

To start communicating with each other we had to find out the specifics for each of our own personal computers, they were, Lincoln & Robert (Bob) - PC running Win95, Antonina - Apple running Mac O/S.

We used the forum for a starting point and then felt we needed to have a better a faster way to communicate.
Since we all didn't have the same machines, we had to look for software that would cater for our needs.
We decided e-mail would be the last resort if there were no software available for the two different Operating Systems. We had a look at both POWWOW and ICQ. POWWOW wasn't made for the Mac, so we had a look at the new beta version of ICQ, there was a version available for the Mac but with only minimal features. It did have ICQ message & chat, but it didn't have an ICQ URL or file transfer.
We did however decide on ICQ for our main source of communication, except for file transfers, that was left up to e-mail.

It turns out that her background and text colours are the same and we had to make a default colours setting for our chats so Lincoln & Bob could see her typing. We decide on a time for our next chat that is tomorrow night at 6.

We didn't include the numerous ICQ messages that we sent to each other because there was plenty of them and considerably short (1-2 lines max), and most of the time they were pointless.

Some E-mails and reports had been lost, not saved or deleted so they could not be included in this report.

There are more chats, E-mail's and messages but since this communication report was finished before the ending of communications between our little group they could not be added.
